Taiwanese with a Twist with Yulie

Come spend an evening with Yulie learning traditional Taiwanese dishes with Yulie's special twist, making & feasting on an incredible fusion meal!
- Hot & Sour Soup: traditional and hearty spicy-sour soup packed with vegetables
- BBQ Beef: tender beef, crunchy bell peppers, sweet pineapple & ginkgo nuts in a tangy barbecue sauce
- Red Bean Mochi Balls: sweet red bean paste encased in a chewy green tea flavored dough
Put away your takeout menu and learn how to make Yulie's signature hot and sour soup at home whenever your friends and family crave this hearty soup. You'll also learn how to make Taiwanese sauteed barbecue beef with colorful bell peppers, juicy pineapple slices, and ginkgo nuts: the sweetness of the bell peppers & pineapple balances out the tanginess of the barbecue sauce, creating an explosion of flavor. Yulie will also teach you the tips, tricks, and techniques to make her delicious red bean and green tea mochi balls from scratch. You won't be able to get enough of these chewy little snacks! Get ready to explore!
